Sehr schönes Haus, tolle Lage!

Ein wirklich sehr angenehmes, schönes Haus. Einzig, dass neben Strompauschale von 220,- € noch zusätzlich 65,- € vor Ort zu zahlen sind, erscheint unverhältnismäßig. Haben Geschirrspüler vielleicht 3 mal benutzt. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht im Haus und Licht wurde lediglich kurz vor dem Schlafengehen im Bad benutzt. Sonst kein Stromverbrauch. Dafür insgesamt fast 300,- € erscheint doch reichlich überzogen. Toilettenpapier muss man sich übrigens selbst besorgen! Pool und Garten sind sehr schön!
