Cleanliness poor, needs renovation, accommodations mis represented, great location
When we arrived at 120 Tide it was obvious it had not been cleaned. The sheets on some of the beds were slept in, there were old washed towels in the washer, there was no toilet paper, soap , or any supplies in the bathrooms to get started with, and tons of left over food in the fridge. Not a good beginning to our stay. The management company and cleaning company worked with us and gave us a free cleaning to compensate, but it didn’t set a good tone for the beginning of our stay. The property advertises four bedrooms, but beware. One of the bedrooms is a an attic remodel that is accessed by aluminum fold up stairs. Any adult over twenty who would need to come down those stairs in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom would take their life in their hands. Consider it a three bedroom unit unless you have young children who love going up and down stairs for fun and living in an attic that is open to the living area below. The unit is in a great location and right across the street from the beach, but there is lots of action every day and night from beach goers. Lots of good people watching.
