Carpet was dirty and there were stains on one of the bed sheets. You have to go out of the building to get water from the dispenser and you need a flashlight to find the elevator. The Monterey Hotel
Parkingis a challenge. Onsite valet only at the back of the buildibg for $39 a day. Public lots are nearby. Rooms are charming but ours was very warm even though it was cold outsude. No A/C in our room.

Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa
Dated, hairs in bathroom on check in. Room had a musty smell. Heated pool wasn’t very warm and was not usable.
