“Hotel was fine however the noise from the planes was very loud and there were no local walkable shops or activities but both of these are expected from an airport hotel. It was very convenient for the airport”

“The hot springs pool was absolutely wonderful! And we even had it all to ourselves during our stay. Plus, the temperature was nice and comfortable. There was also a beautiful, peaceful, little pool next to the creek that we enjoyed. The property was really lovely and immense. We took a very long hike up for a good view. They did not have the restaurant open for dinner when we were there. So, the staff offered to drive us to and from a restaurant that had a nice atmosphere and good food. And you……

“They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!”

“We pay for all inclusive but that was not the case we have breakfast buffet and that’s it, the bar was not open and the pools need work but is a beautiful place if you like nature and hiking this is the place the access by car is really easy and is close to the town where you can find anything”

The grounds are beautiful and it's hard to believe you are so close to the airport. It feels like you are staying at a hacienda. This was our second time staying here and we would stay again.”
