Cottage "Erbe". 700 m from the centre of Montescudaio, on the outskirts, 12 km from the centre of Cecina, 17 km from the centre of Bolgheri, on a slope, 14 km from the sea. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Terrace (35 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Cecina Mare" 14 km, indoor swimming pool 12 km.
"Erbe", 3-room house 85 m2. Renovated in 2009, rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). Open kitchen (mini-oven, oven, 4 gas rings, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. View of the sea. Sfeervol huis met ruime overdekte terrassen, prachtige locatie, stilte in tuin, fraaie begroeiing met veel privacy,op loopafstand (10 min.) van centrum dorp. Inrichting keuken en kwaliteit tweepersoonsbed "Italiaans". Leuk dorp met wat kleine winkels, cafe en restaurants. Mooie omgeving, goeie wandelmogelijkheden. Verhuurders erg vriendelijk.
