Tolle Haus mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren zwei Wochen zu dritt hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Drei große, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, drei voll-ausgestattete Bäder und eine sehr große, überdachte Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht nach Süden. Sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Mit dem netten Verwalter vor Ort hatten wir wenig Kontakt (spricht nur Italienisch), es gab aber auch keine Probleme zu klären. Übergabe völlig unkompliziert. Perfekt.

Einfach nur toll

Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung, fernab von Trubel und Hektik. Der Ausblick über die Olivenhaine und die bewaldeten Hügel lässt allen Stress des Alltags vergessen.

Schöner Urlaub, mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen, in welcher uns Paolo bei Bedarf immer tatkräftig unterstützt hat, trotz sprachlicher Probleme (sprechen kein Italienisch). Die Aussicht war einfach nur schön!!! Beim Frühstück oder auch während des Tages diesen Ausblick, auf diese herrliche Landschaft zu genießen war einfach grandios! Einziger Makel waren die Mücken! Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, eventuell wäre ein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und Türen angebracht. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir trotz der Mücken genossen. Man ist unter anderem nicht allzuweit entfernt vom Meer, so hatten wir also viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Fazit: schöner Urlaub!

Fantastic location

We had a great time at the accommodation. Communication with the landlord was very good and the caretaker of the property - Paolo - was also super friendly and took care of all needs. The house has a gorgeous location and is equipped with everything you need. We spent 2 weeks here with 4 adults and 2 children. The house was very clean and well equipped. Each of the three spacious bedrooms has its own bathroom, each with toilet, bidet and shower. The property is spacious, very quiet and offers a fantastic view. The pool is also very nicely landscaped and maintained. We also enjoyed using the charcoal grill. Although the house is not equipped with air conditioning and we had 35 degrees in the second week, it was never too hot inside and we could sleep well. Only the electricity is a bit weak and fluctuates a bit and the lamps flicker when the dishwasher, stove or washing machine is running. But one gets along with it quite well. The nearest village is 3 minutes away by car and offers 1-2 small supermarkets, a super butcher, a specialty shop for sausage, cheese and wine and a good trattoria. To the nearest beach it is 40min by car, which is perfectly okay. Otherwise, there are of course countless wineries and medieval towns / villages to visit. We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

Decent house in beautyfull surroundings

A spacious house for a family of four. The kitchen could be better equipped in terms of knives plates etc. The surroundings and views are beautiful. The close access to the village was a advantage. Don't miss the excellent pizzas and beautiful alleys in the neighbouring village.

Einfach traumhaft!

Schöner kann man in der Toskana wohl kaum wohnen! Wir fühlten uns unglaublich wohl in dem tollen Haus, das vor Sauberkeit glänzte. Volle Punktzahl für die Ausstattung, den Pool, die Lage usw. Verbrachten als Familie eine tolle Urlaubswoche dort! Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!! Grazie Gianpiero e Paolo!!!

Toller Urlaub!!!

Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus. Sehr schönes Ambiente in einer tollen Gegend, sehr ruhig gelegen. Gut zum Entspannen. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an zu Hause. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen. Viel Natur rundherum mit einem sensationellen Ausblick. Es gibt viel zu sehen in der Umgebung. Wir sind rundherum zufrieden, gerne wieder. Danke Gianpiero.

nice and cozy cottage

We enjoyed the stay in this house very much and felt comfortable. The equipment is new and functional and for a longer stay completely sufficient. the pool is clean and well maintained and is constantly monitored and cleaned by a company, we have received from the rental family several good suggestions for excursions and local, which were very helpful. We would always plan a vacation there again. For ambitious cyclists or hikers, this object located in the mountains is particularly suitable.

Wir wurden freundlich vom Vermieter und seiner Familie empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne ruhige Lage und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die Natur. Die Ausgangslage für Ausflüge ist ebenfalls gut. Durch den Pool hat man stets die Möglichkeit für eine Erfrischung. Im Garten kann man prima spielen. Die Küchenutensilien sind etwas spärlich. Aber wir wussten uns zu helfen.

Very peaceful place to stay

After a stay of almost two weeks, we really can recommend Giamperos holiday home. The host was vert friendly and helpful. The house was clean and tidy. Wish the were lawn in the yard but it didn't disturb us. Jacek
