"We loved our stay in this beautiful castle hotel. The public areas are amazing and the views very lovely. We paid a cheaper rate so the bedroom was simpler than in some of the photos but very comfortable. We loved the dining room and breakfast was fantastic. you need to have a car to travel around as there is not much in the local town though some nice shops and cafes."

"We had a beautiful time with the whole family including teenagers and grand parents. Isidre (the owner) was just amazing, always available for us, very welcoming and answering positively all our requests. The house was very clean and matching exactly the pictures, a lot of space for everybody, great rooms and beautiful views."

"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"Just got back from Cardona with my family of 12. This location is both beautiful and unique. Beautiful because it's a very nicely restored Catalan mansion with a great view on all directions. Next to that there is a great pool and a garden which are maintained on a daily basis. Unique because of the setup. In this mansion you have a large kitchen with 2 dish washers, 2 refrigerators, 2 dining table possibilities and 7 "hotel" rooms. Every room has at least a king size bed, shower and toilet...

"This is probably the best place I have stayed using Vrbo over 10 years. Daniel and Estar present a perfect place, a stone house, nicely furnished and extremely clean. They provide so many extras, from separate towels for the swimming pool, BBQ coals and lighters, soap, shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms and a kitchen stocked with dishwasher and washing machine tabs, vinegar, oil, coffee, tea, sugar and herbs, towels etc. They even came to change the sheets and towels during our one week...
