"I wanted a downtown vibe and that’s what this location provided. Very clean! Although, there were a couple minor issues, they were addressed immediately. "

"We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

"After arriving to the area and meeting up with family I came to the property to drop off luggage to have more room in the vehicle. The place was booked for two nights and one night we had children 1 & 2 years of age. The owner of the property stated that they did not allow children. I went back into the app to see if I could see any statement that said no children allowed. The owner of the property did not even allow me to see the property nor refund me any of the money. I felt one night refund...

"Overall it worked for what we needed. We were stopping half way on our trip to just get some sleep. However the unit was not what we expected. We had a difficult time getting the lockbox open. The building had a security guard that told us we couldn’t stay because it was illegal for owners to rent out their rooms. He said we had to go find a hotel. After he talked to the building owner he told us we can stay for the night since it was so late and we already paid for the room. The whole building...

"Great property, as described! Clean, and appeared to be a good neighborhood. I felt safe staying by myself. April was very prompt in her response when I messaged for the internet information. Was in town for school, the internet was accessible and worked just fine I had my laptop and netflix account on the tv all from wifi. Super cute backyard and pond area. Close to a walmart, gas station and Chick-fil-A. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for a great stay!!!!"

"The room is excellent; comfortable and clean. We had difficulty finding the entrance. Someone who lived downstairs saw us and showed us where it was. The location is great if you have business at the college (VCU)across the street. We had business at the convention center and it was a little longer walk than we thought and some routes (not all) to the center were sketchy, but the apartment itself is outstanding."
