Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence tout au long de mon séjour, ( mina / youssef / Mona / Nadia / mohanad / israa / Abdo ) un grand merci à vous. L’emplacement est également un vrai plus ( proche de Place Tahrir & Talaat Harb ) pratique pour se déplacer et découvrir la ville.」

「We stayed there six nights altogether and the breakfast was the same every day apart from occasionally we had different fruit. If not using the lift we found the staircase very dirty. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were amazing but the bathrooms need some updating and to be a little cleaner. I would recommend this hotel. It is great value for money. 」
