Accor Hotels Monument Valley hotels

"I should have known something was wrong when I pulled in to property and parking lots were all practically empty. Maybe 6 cars total. So NO INTERNET was extremely inconvenient as we had lots of planning to do for local adventures as well as future hotels on the trip. Restaurant was closed... except for Continental breakfast which they said was a comp for no internet. It was as basic as it comes. Bed was extremely soft (maybe only a problem for me)... there was no box springs... I think they replaced mattress sets for those memory foam things. I would have avoided like a plague if I had known this. Deal breaker.. I wont return."

"Breakfast staff not very attentive. Scraps left by 8:30. Crowded. Room was clean but fridge was not working. After a long travel, didn’t bother to let staff know.Front desk Check in staff was very nice. "

"Buddy at the desk was great, I forgot my key in my room and he gave me another to get freed up. Restaurant a short walk along the road, or a gas station across the street. The room was honestly a lot nicer than I expected. Didn’t have LOW expectations but was pleasantly surprised "

"The rooms are well appointed and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was a refreshing change from the typical continental breakfast. It was nice to park just outside out room and there are areas to relax outside. "
