「We were traveling home because my husband broke his ankle in AZ and we needed to see a surgeon at home. The staff was wonderful in getting us a downstairs room and helped us as much as possible. I truly appreciate them!!! Our room was very clean and breakfast was good. We did not use any of the amenities. We were exhausted!!」

「Everything was exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, quiet. Internet good. Breakfast hot, good selections, and staff at breakfast exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everyone we encountered from check in to check out and even the person working around the hotel that we passed in the hallway went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.」

「Nice place even though it was in a bad neighborhood. Concerned about my car at night. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. When I called the day before inquiring about what exit to take, they didn't know.」

The room had no telephone to contact front desk, no vending machines were stocked or working, TV in the room did not work, under the bed sheets were little beads of piling, no extra blanket/pillows, no cleaning services were provided, no cups provided for in room coffee pot bar or ice, there was no complimentary...

「The gentleman that greeted us was friendly and efficient. The room was very spacious and included a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and kitchenware. We only used the refrigerator, which was clean and working well. The room itself was a little dated and needed some minor maintenance including a loose toilet seat and showerhead replacement. The bathroom is large, but towels are a good 4 feet from the shower with no nearby hooks, which is inconvenient. Breakfast was adequate.」

「There is no water in the pool. The room had only one working light . It was dark in the room . The next morning in the breakfast room their were roaches crawling in the bed box and behind the o.j. machine . We did not eat or have coffee . We got gone」

「Our bathroom the sink drained very slow and the toilet you had to continuously hold the handle down in order for it to flush, this made the experience not the great. It would have help if when we told the person at the front desk to offer to comp some of the room considering this was something major for us.」
