"Very accessible location "

"The Toe Library is a gem. Yoshi was such a wonderful host that my 9-year-old daughter is still talking about our time there. Would recommend for anyone seeking personal Japanese hospitality at its finest and amenities you never knew you needed ... colored pencils, music player, Mt. Fuji bath products and a neat little book collection."

"Very friendly and helpful host. If you're a foreign traveler, keep in mind there are shared bathrooms, the walls are thin, and there is not a traditional lock on the door (just a very small padlock). The bathrooms are pretty small, even if you are a shorter person. It is a true rustic traditional Japanese inn. We were comfortable in our room with the tatami mats, blankets, and heater. Great location for getting to the subway, restaurants, and sites. "
