"the room smelled of mildew and when ask to change rooms there were none left nothing was done staff were rude from moment we checked in ti the moment we checked out Concierge, most bartenders and valet staff were friendly but that was it not at all worth the amount of money "

"We enjoyed our stay and view of ships and boats from our balcony. The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was ok, just need to be a little softer when talking to guest on the phone (only one lady...don't recall her name) but overall stay was nice."

"This hotel exceeded expectations, cool vibe, great grounds, very clean. The room was really nice, the large swing chair on the patio was a nice touch. My only room complaint was a more private toilet door and the facet’s stream was very unusual for a hotel sink. We hung out at both the pool - so many pools to choose from- and beach, both were quite nice. It would have been nice for beach toys to be included rather than being an additional charge. We dined at Isla Blue. The vibe and decor was awesome. I ordered a Killer Bee cocktail based on the waiter’s recommendation and it was amazing, keep em coming’! The steaks were slightly above average for the price. However overall the food was just average. One pleasant surprise was the fact that the mini bar was completely included, booze too. Very unusual in my travels. I would rate 4.5 stars maybe even 5 for Virgin Islands, highly recommend!"

"This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. I’m sure this could be a quick fix from a maintenance engineer. There is a little road noise, as well, which you can’t help being that close to the main road. Overall, it is a really great hotel that is easy to get to and close to everything (ferry, airport, restaurants/shops, and my work. I travel every other month for work, and I will likely stay again (if they can heat up the water a little ;0). "

"We spent the last town nights of our USVI trip here. It was a lovely property right on the water with a sweet pool that included a swim-up bar! The Longboard restaurant was great and has a killer view too. We were so comfortable we didn’t leave the property!"

"Came to celebrate our daughter’s senior spring break and turned out to be one of our favorite vacations. The house was perfect. Super clean and well stocked with essentials. We were able to snorkel right off the waters edge. We loved the balcony (which is huge) so much we opted for many meals in and enjoyed watching all the boats and cruise ships. Loved that it was a 5 min walk to Longhorn restaurant/bar and mini market. Also thankful for the generator as we heard other people complaining of losing electricity for days on the island. My daughter’s favorite day water island. Ours was visiting St John. The others days we enjoyed checking out the beaches of St Thomas. This place is worth the price. Would definitely rent it again if we stay on St Thomas."

"Very nice resort. Everyone was welcoming. Pool is clean and uncrowded. Beach area is nice too. On-site restaurant was good and easy to order to-go. Access to Westin hotel within short walk was nice too. Lots of restaurants at Westin. Very clean room and well equipped kitchen."
