“My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was so clean, it had curated decor for Memphis music scene, and the staff communication was 100/10. Check-in and check-out was a breeze, the gated security gates made me feel extremely safe as a solo traveler. The bed was comfy, the bathroom has all the basic essentials, full size fridge and freezer, full kitchen, and everything was neatly labeled to find what you need. The on-site laundry made packing for my 4 night trip super easy as I did a load……

“The front desk staff is incredibly not helpful and there never is someone at the desk and always have to wait for them to get there. Their phone calling is terrible I called to recive a receipt and they kept putting me on hold not answering my question and ignoring the call”

“This property was so beautiful the microwave was in the lobby which meant we had to leave our room to eat leftovers but other than that, everything was great. I say bring an extension cord because there are not many outlets next to both sides of bed.”

“it is absolutely ridiculous that this hotel charges a “resort fee” . there is no resort. no pool, nothing. if u want more per room charge more but this mickey mouse stuff is dumb. in addition, u should clearly state this Before a reservation is placed”

“It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went. However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk. 4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working. Terrible experience, would……

“Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. ”
