“This place is a cute lil gem. Clean comfy cozy oh did I say safe! The parking lot is tight! And you have to back out of the fence so if you’re terrible at going in reverse then. We did see some parking near the back that was pretty straight forward. They took everything into account to the smallest detail. I will definitely stay here in the future.”

“The breakfast was adequate. The pool on the other hand was not usable. The recirculating pump was not turned on and there were scads of dead insects on the surface of the water. A complaint to the front desk was answered basically with a shrug. We'll get someone tomorrow to look at it. Unacceptable.”

“A trip back in time, all was fantastic, accommodations from upkeep, rooms, restaurant food and the drinks in the lobby bar was fantastic. The hotel gives you the feeling of going 50 years back in time. Southern charm and hospitality. And not to forget the Duck ceremony every day, going from the fountain up to their sleeping quarters on the roof.”

“We only had a couple issues. Upon arrival we had no hot water and the people staying above us were up all night walking around and it feltvlike constantly flushing the toilet. Made it difficult for a good night sleep.”

“Beautiful views, very friendly staff. Nice room, found item leftover from previous guest. No laundry facilities, virtual concierge did not respond. Adult beverages very overpriced. High end decor, Would like to see Bass Pro offer items labeled Memphis Pyramid. No microwave in room, but offered in community area”

“My stay here was excellent! All the staff who I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The property is well kept, clean and in a safe location. The area is in the heart of the city and there’s lots of activities to enjoy with great food and entertainment! Well worth the stay and I would most definitely recommend staying there. I will be going back to Memphis next month and I’ll be staying there again!”
