"Clean and spacious "

"The hotel was very clean and the service was kind and helpful. The rug is very drab and dark on the floors with rugs. Although I imagine it keeps it looking clean. So convenient and price was great. Would absolutely come back! "

"We arrived on Friday and we didn’t get our room cleaned until Monday morning after telling the front desk numerous times. As soon as you walk in the building, it smells like smoke. Oh and this isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. False advertising! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!"

"Overall the staff was very nice, The only issue I had was the room was chilly the first night. After having the heat on 90 degrees all night and it still felt chilly, I called maintenance. They came to adjust the vent and heat improved but it still took a long time. Then I smelled burning so I turn the heat down to 77 and the smell went away. I kept the heat on 77 degrees and the heat never went off when the setting was set to auto! Other than this heat issue, everything else was fine! I enjoyed my stay and would come back to this hotel the next time I’m in NYC or New Jersey! "

"Wasnit allowed to check inti my room as o arrived after midnight in day of reservation left me in lovby for hours an md refused refund i was basically left stranded . "
