“Everything stood out! The staff which is the life of any hotel is incredible. Note Issac, Monica, the night team, all the folks at restaurant for breakfast and manager Patricio. Everyone genuinely amazing. The entire hotel is spotless, the room is proper and as clean as can be. Zero complaints. It is a one minute walk to the cliffs over the Pacific and we watched the sunset every single evening-just perfect. The building which is an old summer mansion is stunning. Maximum charm factor. “This is a lovely, beautiful, well appointed hotel with attentive staff. We only had one night but wish it was more. Rarely have I enjoyed a hotel so much with such a nice ambiance. We enjoyed the location for the easy access to the costa verde and walking around Barranco but enjoyed the hotel just as much if not more with its nice garden restaurant, roof top bar and beautiful comfortable rooms.”

“ ⸻ It was really filthy. The sheets were completely yellow, and there were blue stains on the blanket—possibly toothpaste, but I’m not sure. The towels and bath towels had visible stains, and there was dust accumulated for years behind the headboard and deep in the corners of the floor. You could hear every single word from the room next door. It’s in a great location, and the building has a long history with many antique collections. But this is not a hotel—if you know what I mean. It feels……
