"The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! The hot tub was so nice, especially in the evenings. It is really close to Lake Ft. Smith State Park, and Devil’s Den State Park is only about 25 minutes away. Both are beautiful parks and have great hiking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"The property was great. Wonderful playgrounds for the children. It was a great location for us. The only fly in the ointment was that we didn't have internet in the main house. The managers did their best to get it fixed but Cox wasn't cooperating. In the end I think we kind of enjoyed being unplugged."

The only thing of note is that we weren’t able to use the hot tub the first day because it was still heating up and too cold to get into until evening time the next day. No stars lost though because everything was spectacular and not using the hot tub the first day we were there wasn’t going to change the wonderful experience we had. "This is a very clean and cozy cabin. It has all kitchen supplies you will need. We had 2 dinners and 2 breakfast at the cabin and cooked lunch in the grill ( in 30 degree weather). The beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing and there is a running stream right next to the farmers cabin running to the pond. We hiked the property for a very short time. This cabin is close to Devils Den. We hiked a couple trails there. There is a Dollar General and a gas station about 20 minutes away in...

"The cabin and everything in it seem to be new. It was very quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was fantastic! We had no problems with anything. We went in the fall and the trees were turning colors and it was very pretty."

"We had a great stay visiting state parks in the area. The hot tub was wonderful after days spent hiking in the chilly rain. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. I will agree with a few other reviews that the futon was a lot more comfortable than the bed, but for a warm, dry place where dogs are welcome, it can't be beat."

"We loved this house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bedding was soft and towels were plush. The master bathroom has an amazing shower. There was plenty of room for our family to relax while in town for a swim meet. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and the drive to UofA HPER was about 10 minutes. We loved being able to park in the garage. Would 100% book this property again!"
