“Food’s on you
For my 80th birthday, we decided to splurge and stay in a suite at Chetola resort from Monday to Friday. When booking, we were warned that the restaurant would not open until Thursday – the birthday - and made a reservation for that night. The concierge said that “bar food ”, such as hamburgers, would be available all the other nights, and breakfast, while not included, every morning.
Not true. No bar food the night we arrived or any other night, although the desk personnel didn’t……
