It’s very convenient. Their hospitality is excellent. When I left, I said goodbye to the grandmother she was so sweet to me. She felt like my own grandmother. She took care of me when I went to the Taj Mahal when I had my saree on. She helped pinned everything she gave me bangle bracelets to wear, and she also gave me……

“Great hostel, great rooms, fantastic service, super helpful staff! You can see the Taj Mahal from the rooftop terrace! Only negative is that it was very noisy at night as the hostel is next to a busy road and because the hallway is open (the door to your room is the only door between you and the road basically). Due to that we also had a strong smell of fumes in our room all night long. Other than that really great experience! ”

“Au départ pas d’eau chaude, nous avons demandé à Hotel.com de l’aide nous voulions partir car 4 nuits de réserve rien, nous nous sommes débrouillés par nous même le personnel de l’hôtel nous a donné une autre chambre aussi, le soir c’est la lumière qui lâcher dans notre chambre, le garçon d’étage s’est plié en 4 pour réparer, nous étions au 2 étage, sur la terrasse vue dû le Taj Mahal, très proche à pied , Dans l’ensemble personnel très agréable efficace, notre taxi avait du retard, le personnel……

“Not such near Taj Mahal, but can see the Taj Mahal just outside the window or at terrace. Breakfast is better than dinner bafful. Price is very nice to the accommendations they provide. Small Shereton, but also Shereton style.”

“I stayed at Hotel NoVo Agra as a solo traveler, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very welcomed. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for a solo trip. The location is also excellent, close to the Taj Mahal and other popular spots, so getting around was very easy.”

“This is a proper 3-4 star hotel . Clean , good interior , with roof top restaurent cafe and bar . Taj Mahal view . staff behaviour is good . everything is good about this hotel except few small things 1) i Paid at the hotel , booked via expedia 2) Hotel entrance makes is look cheap hotel but its a goood hotel from inside 3) Bathroom had some problems but not issue with cleaninness 4) TV did not work . 5) bit far from Taj mahal . Best Hotel i think within 2K price .”
