「This place was a great for our days in Cairo. Located near downtown Cairo and the staff at the hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean and liked that they offered breakfast and had dining area. Staff accommodated us and were able to book our room for another night. Staff was also kind and allowed us to leave our bags in hotel before check in since we arrived early and had plans to visit the museum etc. hotel also offers tours for guests. Would definitely recommend this place. 」

After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable.
