「Where do I even begin. After 12 hours of traveling my partner and I arrived at this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable due to the camel & horse droppings smell but we figured it’s a part of the experience. We did our booking on Expedia so upon arrival I gave them our itinerary number and information to confirm that we had a booking and this is where things get..uncomfortable. The man at the front desk says to us that since we booked on Expedia and they “no longer work with Expedia”...

「I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean.
