「Good」

「Super cleaned place....staff was very freindly and helpful; flexible time and delicious breakfast. It is centrally located so you will find it noisy, but that is Cairo. Keep in mind that there is another hotel with similar name so taxis get confused a lot.」

「Fantastic little budget hotel. premium location」

「The location is excellent- one can walk to the Egyptian Museum and it is only a 3 minute walk to a lovely coffee bar. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was very good, eggs, fruit, cheese, bread etc. The room was not only large but very clean. The hotel arranged my day trip to Alexandria and its execution was flawless . I also recommend having the hotel to have a driver meet you at the airport and whilst there was some confusion, using What’s App easily resolved the problem.」

「The room is spacious and clean. The host is friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of Old Cairo which is very convenient for visitors (a 10-minute walk to the old Egyptian museum and Abou Tarek). Nothing more I could ask for with such a reasonable price. 」

「The staff are very friendly.」

「The room wasn’t very clean, the blankets had cigarette burn holes in them, and we were only given one towel. There was very little information about the hotel and there was no breakfast when it was advertised there would be. No soundproofing inside or outside, the doors weren’t sealed at all. The staff was present and attempting to be helpful and were very nice. The location is good, but the hotel not so much.」

「The suite was amazing with wonderful views and very spacious. All the staff treated us very well, especially Islam at check in and Mohammed, who is in charge of the housekeeping. Would definitely recommend a stay here.」

「Fraudulent Hotel: Forced Relocation, Sabotaged Rooms & Terrible Hygiene 1. Extreme Noise Pollution The room faces a all-night street market with constant honking, yelling, and parties until 4 AM. Even with earplugs, sleep is impossible. 2. Unacceptable Cleanliness Stained mirrors, hairs on bedsheets, leaking toilet, and intentionally removed faucet valve causing deafening noise when turning on water. 3. Scam & Coercion Despite a prepaid non-refundable booking for 4 nights, on the 3rd...

「Perfect stay 」

「After arrival my reservation was not found and the room that I had paid for was occupied but the staff handled the situation greatly and upgraded the room for the bigger, and according to them, better one. I could stay in that room the whole length of my stay.」
