“My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. They offer free wine tastings of their cellar and balsamic tastings. The restaurant was great, delicious tasting menu. “This accommodation is not as described. The description promises in- room amenities such as full size fridge freezer, dining room and kitchen. My room had none of these, only a TV, wardrobe and some storage space in addition to a few scattered chairs. There was a very small mini fridge which was inadequate to hold more than maybe six bottles It is dishonest to promise amenities that are not provided in the room, as people will no doubt plan their stay around them.
