「The room 11 feel neglected and very noisy.Thin walls that do not isolate other rooms well.There was mold in the bathroom, the photos do not reflect reality.The walls by the bed were dirty. We were very tired and angry from that one night.The breakfast was very modest. 」

「I stayed here 5 nights, with my daughter.We used it at a base for exploring Sicily. The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable. Antonio was a wonderful host and makes a great cappuccino. 」

Nothing was too much trouble and we felt we were getting 5 Star service. The room is not big but the bathroom is excellent and the room decor fresh and modern. 「VERY brief stay to catch early morning flight. Staff very friendly and helpful taking us to an excellent restaurant and taking us to airport at 5 am. English was a slight problem , but we did ok. Rooms were very basic but clean. Very comfortable bed. Located very close to airport in an industrial, but not there for a holiday」

However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. At the spa centre again the same story with the sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and steam room all closed. On asking why “just because they are”. Presumably again open on 1st June. 「The "total spa" experience is very underwhelming. Access to a sauna, steam room, is not a "total" experience. The foot treatment consisting of ruining a walk on progressively more painful rocks was so bad we had to laugh. But... rooms were good and the staff were very pleasant. Everything else, that is standard, was really good.」

「The location was amazing. You do have to go up a small flight of stairs to the front desk. The staff did help. The room is good for 1-2 night stay. Breakfast was great. Staff was kind and let me check in a little early. 」
