"We choose Extended Studio Hotel Ontario for the price. The major chains were mostly over $300 and this was about $100 less. Comfortable, spacious room with laminate floor in the kitchen and carpet in the bed area. Bed was comfortable. No hotel breakfast since they have kitchenettes. Near the airport and train but the noise was not bad. Hotel was clean. Easy walking distance to a Jack in the Box and gas station with food mart that included microwave foods. Room has a dishwasher which most don't. Staff warned us there was a rave in the area with guests in attendance, then made sure our room was far away and quiet. Would definitely stay again if we need to be in the area. "

"This is my go to spot for a clean room and a reasonable price and best of all no deposit required. Only thing that sucks is sometimes there’s no parking"

"This hotel has been updating rooms and they are in pristine condition. The pool is lovely, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. BUT the best thing at Ayres Chino Hills is the Breakfast Room. The ladies who fill the serving dishes with freshly prepared food also chop fresh fruit and cook to-order omelettes daily. THEY are the BEST!!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Check-in was honestly pretty frustrating. There were a lot of people arriving at the same time (it looked like multiple buses had just come in), so it was very crowded and slow. On top of that, my card kept getting declined 3–4 times, even though I knew I had funds available. The staff member kept running it as debit, even after I mentioned trying it as credit. I ended up calling my bank, and they confirmed it should be processed as credit—once that was finally done, it went through. That part was stressful and could have been handled better. That said, the rest of my stay was great. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was nice and quiet. I really liked the overall look and feel of the hotel. So overall, a good stay—but the check-in process definitely needs improvement."

"This property is fine for a short stay. My biggest complaint is the HVAC in rooms, loud, constantly going on and off (window units). Better than average breakfast. "
