“Lovely property, excellent location, and exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfasts and daily snacks were a nice touch and greatly appreciated. The only suggestion I would make is to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the carpets and floors. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our experience.”

“My husband and I had room 15 around back and it was great- we loved the private driveway- definitely one of the nicer rooms. Very clean and my dogs loved the little dog park out front. Great price and so close to downtown. I can’t complain about the “noisy” road knowing it was motel on a main road ! Thanks for a great and easy stay. ”

“This is a charming place to stay in the picturesque Bar Harbor area. We were there for four nights. The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The real winning touches here are the little details and efforts made by the staff. A fireplace that often has a welcoming fire, tea time complimentary cakes and punch, scrumptious breakfasts, and an occasional offer of live music out on the grounds. I would recommend this place for anyone who is hoping to catch that B &……

“Beautiful inn on the water. Walkable to all of Bar Harbor. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and a gas fireplace, which was perfectly cozy after a chilly day of hiking and exploring BH. Wonderful hosts. Delicious breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again!”
