However, we did not receive or were unsure how to utilize many of the amenities that we purchased with the premium package. The mini frig in our room was not working when we arrived and was leaking water. Staff responded quickly when we reported it but it took our entire stay for it to get cold so we did not have access to cold drinks in the room. “The beach was very nice and clean. The only downfall is thete is not a lot of shade,so if want shade you should get to the beach early. The snack bar was always fully stocked limited meat choices?,hamburger hot dogs but good salad bar and always some kind of dessert.”

“The room is clean and the host is eager to provide service. Location wise, it is not close to city center or tourist attractions. There is one restaurant that you can order take out. All in all, it's good value for the money.”

“The beach was not very convenient for someone who is disabled. You would have to go down 20 or more steps to get th we te. Then there were no chairs to sit on it was only to go in the water. Our bathrooms toilet did not work. The buffet was not good at all, same food lunch and dinner and not a lot of variety”

“There wasn't any hot water to shower. The fabric material that bed head was made of, was dirty. The hotel does parking, you have to park on the street. The receptionist didn't provide any instructions on wifi, maybe there wasn't any. This hotel is located in the downtown area of puerto plata which very noisy through out the night with motorcycles driving by through out the night.”
