「There was a leak in the bathroom that my wife almost wiped out twice from. The maintenance man came and looked at it a said would fix the next day, take about 3 hrs. Did not happen. So we had to use towels everyday to soak up the water. Other than that, it was a fairly good trip.」

「The room is clean and the host is eager to provide service. Location wise, it is not close to city center or tourist attractions. There is one restaurant that you can order take out. All in all, it's good value for the money.」

「I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this resort. Upon arrival, the room was in unacceptable condition. The bathroom was dirty, the sliding balcony doors had no locks, the safe was broken, and the phone was not working. When I went to guest services, I was initially told that a room change was not possible. Only after insisting was I moved to a more acceptable room. 「It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....
