Great Stay

We were there for an extended weekend to attend my Niece's wedding. The place was clean and well stocked. There were a couple of minor issues with the house, but Justin responded promptly to them and ensured that our stay was worry free.

So spacious!!!

This was perfect for our family- lots of room to spread out. It was clean and so nicely kept. We enjoyed staying in this beautiful home and highly recommend.

Great Getaway

We arrived in the afternoon to a beautiful spacious home with an inviting atmosphere. The house is located close enough to Hershey without being busy with traffic. Will stay again if in the area.

The house was well located for us for the Lancaster and Hershey areas. House suited our family very well. Kitchen well equipped, very clean, lots of room, bedrooms all very comfortable and very nice master suite

Christmas Family Vacation 2024

This house provided enough space for 10 people. The entire home was very clean and had more than enough supplies, dishes, pots and pans, comfortable beds. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Mount Joy stay/Hershey/Gettysburg

Great place to stay, in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the big and roomy home, and the bonus yard for the kids to play. It was definitely a place we will go again on our next family trip to see the area. Our older adult children loved the southern feel of the house, brick walls and beams and staircases, just beautiful.

Beautiful house with plenty of amenities!

The house was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Perfect for our large group of friends coming in from out of town. The kitchen had most everything we needed, the spacious bedrooms and renovated bathrooms made for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean

House was a great choice for our large family weekend gathering. Clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. TV has streaming service which is a nice bonus! Large kitchen table accommodated our group perfectly.

Lancaster Getaway

Great house! Instead of staying at a hotel we opted to try Vrbo. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. There was so much room it and we weren't stumbling over each other. The kids loved the attic bedroom with he built in beds. When we are back in the area again, we will definitely try and stay here again.

Family Wedding

This house was perfect for our family to stay at while our son got married. All of us fit comfortably including our 1 year old grandson and half of the bridal party. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is great, they’ve got the good toilet paper, and items are well stocked including dish-ware, spices, a high-chair, and other things you need when you’re away from home. Convenient location within walking distance of a small park and local shops. It is on a busy street but it felt safe and spacious and there was parking for wedding guests to visit. Would stay again.

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful! It was super clean, which is a priority for me. Beds were very comfortable- we had the best night’s sleep. Conveniently located to Amish country. There was a storm on the eve we spent there and so we ordered food delivery. Regret we didn’t have time to check out Bube’s Brewery nearby. Communications before, during and afterwards with property owner were excellent. Would definitely recommend and will return if in the area again.

Family Wedding

We came to the area for a family wedding. This was my first time with a Vrbo stay. We are a family with 6 adults and one dog. This home was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time at the event so I cannot comment on the neighborhood but the home is large, clean, completely renovated and spacious. Justin is very responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Very enjoyable

Nice home base in Mt Joy near Lancaster

We booked a getaway for myself and my husband, my 95-year-old mother-in-law and her friend. The house itself is an older house that has been lovingly restored and is comfortable and contemporary inside. Very nice linens and baths, beautiful kitchen and nice decor made this a pleasant place to stay. There were only four of us but there is a nice big dining room table if you bring a crowd. We liked that the tv's had the streaming services already logged in so we did not have to remember our own passwords! The house is only 20 minutes or so to Lancaster so it was a convenient place to explore the area. We would stay here again...thanks, Justin!

Wonderful updated home

The updates to this home are outstanding! We found everything we needed for our family stay. We appreciate all the extras this house was stocked with (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, spices, k-cups just to name a few!) The noise makers and fans in each room eliminated the road noise so that wasn’t an issue for us at all. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown to restaurants and the delicious pretzel store. We were close to Hershey Park and enjoyed a day trip to Gettysburg. Communication with the property manager was easy and we didn’t have any problem with anything.

Family Gathering

PERFECT! Our family of seven from many states(NV, CO, LA, & PA) gathered together for an amazing long weekend in this lovely home. Plenty of space & newly remodeled. The home was exactly as described online. You will definitely enjoy your time. We were a short drive to Hershey & Gettsburg for tours & even descended on State College from Mt Joy. Justin was a breeze to chat with, very comfortable coordination. Couldn’t ask for better. Enjoyed home and Justin’s communication so very much.

Mt. Joy Gem

Myself and a group of friends all stayed here to attend the foo Fighters concert in Hershey and explore all that Lancaster County has to offer. This is just a great location to Lancaster, Hershey and Mt. Joy (who knew!). The house is old, but the couple did a great job updating the space. Oh, and it has all the space! There were 8 of there, and there was a place for everyone. The extra amenities they makes packing easier and is just so great. Would absolutely recommend staying here with a large group. Justin was super easy to communicate with and would respond within minutes prior to arrival and during our stay. Thank you for everything Justin + Krista!

Large, spacious home with character and charm

We felt very welcomed to the property. The communication with the owners was very quick, the check in and check out process was smooth and details for both were sent to us and posted in the home. They provided extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and coffee pods. We appreciated all of these extras. The property fell a little short when we discovered the third bathroom was only a 1/2 bath not full as advertised on the listing. Owner has since changed the listing. The kitchen was well.appointed, and beds comfortable. The shower in the primary bedroom was barely a trickle. The living room furniture was very worn and uncomfortable as you sink nearly to the floor. The place could use a more thorough cleaning. But we still enjoyed our time together in this property. We made it work for our group. 7 adults, one infant.
