"J’ai fait une plainte. J’ai demandé une chambre non fumeur. La chambre a été confirmée et quand nous sommes arrivé on nous a attribué une chambre fumeur et l’odeur était vraiment désagréable! "

"It was a great hotel for the price, it was a bit far from the station and not many things to do around the area. If you want a cheap and good enough place to stay at for your trip to Nagoya I recommend it!"

"Very small / low doors into room and extremely tiny bathroom. Rooms were very clean and personnel very friendly. Not much to do in the area around the hotel (which we were aware of before booking) but good hotel for flights into or from Nagoya Komaki Airport. "

"no wifi, which I needed to check in for plane. Had to search and pay for an internet café, but website down so waste of money. If hotel had wifi I could have kept checking. I also missed emails from airline and booking agent telling me about delayed plane and to contact them re my connecting flight. Luckily all sorted out at the airport two days later. Hotel a bit dated, bathroom cramped with little shelving to put things."

"チェックインはエントランスに設置されているタブレットで行う形式。三回呼び出しても、繋がらなかった。諦めて別の方法を試そうとした時、日本人じゃないオペレーターと繋がった。ネイティブではない日本語で、コミュニケーションが難しかった。"

"Breakfast bar was actually very very good I was impressed It’s right by the station so you don’t have to go very far to get to and from it Great place to hang if you’re looking to go to any Inuyama festivals or just see the palace The town is very pretty and the walk to the castle is maybe 20 minutes "
