"The room had clearly had a damp problem, and smelt of damp (I did pass this on).
The chair in the room was filthy (I did mention this) - and I'd rather just not of had a chair in the room (I also mentioned that).
The bedding and towels appeared clean, which was at least a positive.
I left two days earlier than planned."

"We were going to the BTS concert I had to check in earlier. Although we couldn’t check in, they kept our baggage. We didn’t have to wait to collect than five minutes when we came back. It was easy. We got our keys and went up to our room. The only complaint I had was we had a sweet and we needed bedding for the pullout couch. I took an hour for them to bring that and when they did, they forgot the sheets.."
