“I wasn’t expecting much, but this place really delivered. My room was clean and super comfortable, with everything I needed. Breakfast had good variety and the coffee was excellent — strong and freshly brewed. What stood out the most was the staff — incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. “This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect for exploring the city and makes it very walkable to everywhere you’d like to go. “Everything was great except for the fact that parking was very difficult. The hotel is located on a very very steep hill and driving up the driveway is very challenging since it is made of very old stone and is messed up everywhere. I asked Alex at the reception about it and he stated they are not allowed to fix the road because of its archaeological significance.”

“City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. ”

“Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was exceptional. The hotel staff showed great kindness and were highly accommodating, making me feel welcomed and valued as part of their family.

“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in
Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince.
We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them
400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not
enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure.
