“City centre, in comparison with other hotels, you don’t need to go to the mountain , the location is in the middle of a main street. Shopping, restaurants - whatever you want. The staff is very helpful, the apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything you need for housing. The only minus: sometimes the Wi-Fi signal is not good in a bedding room, but perfect in the living room and kitchen. ”

“The hotel feels like a quiet corner tucked into the middle of the city. Room was neat and warm, and I liked that the staff were present without being over the top. One afternoon I needed help navigating to a local gallery, and reception not only explained the way but also shared a shortcut. The terrace made mornings feel a little slower, in a good way—coffee, bread, and some fresh air before heading out. A very easy, comfortable stay.”

“This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect for exploring the city and makes it very walkable to everywhere you’d like to go. “Communication with the hotel prior to arrival was exceptional. The hotel staff showed great kindness and were highly accommodating, making me feel welcomed and valued as part of their family.
The location is excellent, just steps away from the Old Town. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and completely quiet from external noise, featuring a comfortable bed, mini-fridge, and kettle.

“We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in
Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince.
We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them
400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not
enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure.
