A professionally run hotel. Though it faces a noisy street ( the back side is much more quiet ) it is only a short walk to a lovely pedestrian friendly neighborhood. The staff was exceedingly attentive and helpful. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Tbilisi

We had a great stay at the hotel! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by incredibly friendly, smiling and helpful staff. The room was big, the hotel was pretty and the breakfast as aspected. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us the last day when we had to leave in the middle of the night. Defiantly would recommend for others visiting Tbilisi.

Stayed for two nights. Fast check-in, friendly front desk staff. Room was quite small for a suite, although it is an old building. Breakfast was excellent, club sandwich I had at lunch was mediocre.

It was located in a reachable place. I stayed here right after I cured from COVID-19, so I wanted to take a good rest before I leave Georgia. The staffs were very kind, the breakfast was nice. I could print all necessary documents at the lobby thanks to their help. The room was much better than I expected.

Breakfast was shambolic, staff untrained, first day no tables free and no coffee, second day no coffee and all tables left dirty for over 40 mins. I had to sit outside until I moved dirty plates myself off a table. Third, fourth day I ate outside. Bread hard, same utensil to use for meats and cheeses. Needs a big change. Traffic is nonstop outside.

Très bel hôtel avec un personnel accueillant, serviable et très professionnel. Bravo !!! Les petit déjeuner est incroyable et varié. Les chambres spacieuses et confortables. Amazing! We stayed only one night with our 2y old baby and mom as family, but was very satisfied. Stayed in suite rooms, nicely decorated and sweet balcony. Restaurant is great downstairs. They gave our room earlier and allowed late check out as we had a baby. Really friendly staff, checked our vaccination too.

We stayed in the room with terrace which offers a quite good view of the city. The room was quite clean and spacious. Overall quality of hotel's amenities and facilities was good enough. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast buffet has excellent selection and food was tasty.
