“This hotel is very old and not well-maintained. Tiles inside the room and toilet bowl are broken, moldy toilet, etc. Even the marble inside the lift floor is broken too. ”

“We had a really good time staying here! Friendly staff, location is pretty close to center Muar, the room is clean and bed is comfy too! Bonus points for here is if you’re a cat lover you’ll be greeted by the cats😆”

“房間沒有對外窗，較不透氣，若是住宿很多人建議選擇有對外窗的房間。 此外隔音不是很好，若剛好遇到吵鬧的房客，就只能請服務人員協助請房客降低音量。 服務人員都很親切。”

“The hotel is located near city center. It is close to eateries. The hotel's hygiene is satisfactory, air conditioning, and hot water are all very good. We have a non-smoking room. They have a private underground parking. Disadvantages: The pillow is too old. It would be better if there is an option to pay a bit more for a refrigerator.”

“The location was not even in Bukit Gambir, its in Kesang. The location given in the email was misleading, need to call hotel directly for the exact location.”
