Staffs are extremely friendly and professional! Food were yummy and the onsen is great too!

Very nice staff. 8 private Onsen for rental for free. My room with onsen is great. Ver comfortable. Free drinks in the fridge included. Don't forget the bar at the lobby. Shuttle to town center on demand is very convenient.

Glad that hotel upgraded the room type for my stay. Facilities almost good and high quality of food both in dinner and breakfast.

We are a group with 7 family members, booked a 5-bed and a 2-bed room for 6 nights' stay. Hotel Kuramoto is a nice hotel with tatami, similar to a traditional Japanese ryokan. Large tables available inside the room so we could chat & have snacks around the table. Perfect for those travelled with family members. Traditional Japanese hot bath available free of charge in the hotel but it was a pity that we did not have time to enjoy it. Hotel staff were nice and helpful, despite the fact...

If you only have a few days to visit Osaka, this location is the most convenient option. The front desk is open 24 hours, staffed by kind and polite employees who speak English. I noticed that most guests are local Japanese, with not many foreign tourists. The hotel is good with good service, and picked us from bus station and arranged taxi to ski. Thx

a traditional onsen hotel. Comfy onsen. Thanks

It a such a good place to relax and take a break from the city. I had a wonderful stay.

The hotel room is cozy and the hot spring bath is good despite the fact that it was quite busy during the new year. The dinner and breakfast are both good. The staff are also nice and helpful.
