「Very comfortable and convenient hotel!」

「Perfect location and room space.」

「The Japanese restaurant is very good. The Hotel is very quiet and upscale. Most of the staff can speak English and are helpful when dealing with my issue on airline seat assignment.」

「Very small rooms suitable only for a single occupancy. Other than that, excellent value for money and location within a 10 minute walk to Umeda main station and the numerous shopping malls and restaurants. There's a free hot bath on 4/F, and other facilities (paying for guests) such as gym, swimming pool」

The hotel is full of vibrant energy as most other people are teenagers during my stay. There are not many dining options nearby but te microwave corner on the 1st floor makes me happy as I can buy food from convenience stores and re-heat it there. The spa on the 3rd floor is amazing. I like the mist sauna particularly. My room...
