Clean rooms, friendly and English speaking staff. Breakfast buffet included and has a large section of eastern and western food. Sometimes the buffet is crowded. It was really convenient that the airport bus stopped here and the train station is here as well.

The overall Sheraton experience was great. The staff offers great service and the establishment, albeit a little outdated, has everything a high-end hotel needs to have. The perks such as the breakfast and the afternoon lounge coupons were enormously helpful and are the primary reasons I would reconsider going back to Kobe Bay Sheraton in the future.

お部屋は、とても綺麗で、過ごし易く、お掃除も綺麗にされていて、シャワールームも良かったし、ベッドも寝心地が良かったです。ただ、本当に本当に残念だったのは、翌朝、朝7時過ぎに温泉に行って、体を流しゆっくりして、その後、シャンプーをしにシャワー台に行くと、ご高齢の男性の方がシャンプーをしていた。付き添いの女性の方が背中を向けて、彼女も身体を洗っていて、なぜ男性の方が女性風呂にいるのか？年配の方であっても、あってはいけない事ではないでしょうか？ただルールがわからないのですが、シェラトンでは、年配の方なら男性でも、女性風呂に入って良いのでしょうか？私は、他の男性に裸を見られたくないです。その高齢の方は自分で髪を洗っていました。付き添いの方が必要かなのかも知れませんが、もう本気で気分が悪くて、不快でしかなく、せっかくの楽しい旅行が残念でならなかったです。こんな経験はじめてで、今でも思い出すと気分が悪いです。温泉内をお掃除していた方は、外国人でたぶん彼女もわかっていたはずです。ポイントを使って、楽しみにして宿泊した四つ星ホテル、真面目に使ったポイント返して欲しいぐらいです。

2025/5/18泊19日チェックアウト ①アメニティは充実していたが、湯沸かしポットが無かったのは残念でした。付随するティバッグも、 ② 18時前にチェックインのみし、フロントの前クローク横でキャリバッグから近隣に住む者に渡す荷物だけ出し外出、21時前にホテルに戻ると預けておいたキャリーバッグがポツンと一つだけ置いてありタグも何もついていなかった、私もフロントには声もかけず自分のものだったのでそのまま920号室へ。しかし他人様が故意に持ち去ることもできることに気が付いた。。 そしてもう一つバッグの外ポケットに折り畳み傘を入れていたが折り畳んでも外に飛び出した状態だった為にそのままバッグに納め、着替え程度の物だけだったので鍵もかけず外出しました。部屋に入りバッグを開けると何故か日傘の柄が折れて外れた状態で入っていた。 鍵をかけなかった私にも落ち度もあり、貴ホテルにチェックインする前にホテル・オークラのシャトルバス利用の際のバスのトランクに入れてもらう際か出してもらう際に折れたのか、、、？しかし、貴ホテルでバッグの外ポケットから中にしまう時には折れていなかった。当日なり翌日にでも言うべでしたし、今更申し上げても仕方ないことですがホテル側？、貴ホテルフロントは宿泊客じゃなくても出入りは自由なため誰かが？と言うこともありますが人様を疑うことにも抵抗がありそのままにしていたが、一つの事例として口コミさせていただきます

ＧＷ後、温泉に惹かれ久々に宿泊しました。クラブフロアの2人部屋はじゅうぶん広く、清潔、リニューアル直後のようにピカピカ、綺麗でした。ラウンジで無料の飲み物をいただきながら六甲の景色を見て一息。到着からリラックスできました。 温泉は、露天風呂、打たせ湯他いくつかの風呂があり、旅館や健康ランドよりリラックスできるくらい良かったです。2014年からニュー淡路が経営しているとのことで納得でした。温泉フロアにもラウンジがあり、無料、有料の飲み物がありました。 クラブラウンジでは、夕方からトワイライトタイムでオードブルとスナック、スパークリングワインでまたまたのんびりしました。 アルコールメニューも多くついつい飲み過ぎには注意かも。 暗くなってからの神戸夜景はまことにきれいでした。 翌日は１階で朝食ビュッフェをいただき、オムレツ、フレンチトーストなど食べきれないほどのたくさん種類がありかつ美味でした。その後、フィットネスフロアのジャグジーでさらにのんびり、すべてのスタッフが優しくて満点のホテルでした。

素晴らしい

何度も滞在しておりますが、今回も非常に快適なものになりました。周辺はは若干人口が減っているためか商業施設がかなり閉まっており寂しいですが、逆に静かな環境の中にある老舗のリゾートホテルと言えます。温泉もすばらしい。
