We had dinner in the restaurant on two occasions and Bruno, our waiter, was excellent - he gets 5*.
I write this review only reluctantly because I appreciate the damage that a bad review can have on any business. However, our room was dirty on arrival - the beds were made but the floors were dirty.
I took a couple of photos and discretely showed them to the receptionist (male), who took a copy and assured me that the room would be cleaned while we were having dinner in the restaurant. Yet, we returned two and a half hours later to find the room had not been cleaned. It was getting late and my children were tied and sleepy, so I decided to ignore it and, hopefully, the room would be cleaned the next day.
We left for Munich city center the next morning, returning in the evening to find the beds had been made, bins emptied but, again, the floors had not been cleaned - even though there was pool of dirty visible right in front of the TV cabinet as well as in other areas.
Again, I took a photo and quietly showed it to another receptionist (female), who also took a copy on her phone and promised she would have the room cleaned right away.
Needless to say, we returned after dinner to find the room still dirty. Given we were leaving the next morning, I decided it was not worth my energy to follow it up for a third time.
Please note that I would not have written this review if they had rectified the situation after my first, or even second, attempt to get the room cleaned.
