We had a nice stay at this guesthouse. It is next to the Therme Erding, so very convenient. The only thing we missed is the airconditioning. Especially during summer it is quite challenginv to sleep well.

Awesome accommodations and staff.

Great breakfast! Close to the Waterpark. The room was modern and fantastic. Wifi signal was weak. Slept three with a roll out bed very comfortably. Easy parking.

When we got to the hotel, we find it out of the city. Not as accessible as we thought it would be. But when we started exploring, it was not too bad. Train station is walkable, maybe 10-15 minutes walk. Restaurant at the spa is a bit pricey and no grocery store onsite. Small bottled water at the vendo is 3.85 euro. If you are staying at this hotel, I suggest buy your supplies at the airport grocery where everything is way cheaper. Otherwise, Victory GastehausTherme Erding is a nice place to stay.

Zimmer sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, jedoch ohne Kaffee/Tee-Zubereitungsmöglichkeit. Positiv war, dass am Abend noch Brot/Semmel zur Verfügung stand. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit bequemer Matratze - sogar meine Frau konnte schon am ersten Abend gut schlafen 😁👏

The "guesthouse" hotel is wonderful! The "Victory" complex is a large "thermal water park" with people walking around in bathing suits, towels and robs, even at the restaurants! 100% unsanitary. I would not recommend staying at the "hotel" water park. The guest house hotel is on the other side of the complex, which is quite and provides some remoteness. The staff is very professional, rooms are fantastic with many updates, balconies and also included daily breakfast. Well worth the price paid. Would 100% recommend.

Organisatorisch und personaltechnisch war alles super. Das Haus ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Mir persönlich haben auch die Wandmuster und - farben im Treppenhaus und in den Gängen gut gefallen. Wenn man ein Familienzimmer nimmt, passen da gut zwei Erwachsene und zwei große Teenager hinein. Allerdings ist dann wenig Platz zum Rangieren, wenn noch Taschen herumstehen. Die Staubränder unter dem Bett darf man ignorieren. Die Nähe zur Therme Erding ist prima. Einmal über den Parkplatz gefallen und schon ist man da. Wenn man nicht in der Therme essen will, muss man jedoch ein bisschen zum nächsten Restaurant fahren. Bei Getränkenotstand gibt es bei der Rezeption einen Automaten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Wir wollten in der nähe der Therme übernachten, normalerweise entspricht das Hotel nicht unserem Geschmack und für den Preis haben wir schon in deutlich besseren Hotels übernachtet. Personal war aber sehr freundlich und Frühstück war auch okay

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattete Zimmer - sauber, große Betten, ruhige Lage. Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und alles was das Herz begehrt.
