“Overall, it was a good experience. The pond and zip line was very fun! Loved that it was a private pond and area for a large group. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and it was the perfect spot for her to have a sleepover with friends. However, some of the things on the listing were not as advertised. The pinball machines seemed to not be in working order and the foosball table did not have the original ball in it and was too small for the players to kick deeming it unplayable. There was also……

“It’s a very cute old farm house nestled in a peach orchard! Rolling hills with a porch swing that overlooks the orchards and a pond. The hosts provide all of the essential's for a comfortable stay! Communication is wonderful from beginning to the end! Would stay here again and again!”

“This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway at the wineries! We went to two vineyards that were right down the road. The VRBO was clean and there was plenty of space. The host was wonderful about communicating as well.”

“Great property, very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We were in town for a wedding and this worked perfect for my group!!! Would definitely recommend!”

“Amazing place to stay. Excellent location, beautiful rooms and accommodation and the host was so responsive. We will definitely be back!”

“The host seemed to anticipate almost anything that we would need and had the appropriate item(s) available. The fenced-in yard was amazing for my dogs. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the extras, such as snacks and throws.”

“Nice place. We cooked meals inside on the stove but also over a fire at the fire pit. There is a small creek behind the cabin that runs when it rains out. That was pretty cool. No nearby light pollution so the sky is really dark at night and you can see a lot of stars. Overall a great experience. Two wineries close by. It's on the wine trail. Close to everything in Southern Illinois. We went to all the state parks.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a weekend visiting family. Everything was comfortable and well-kept, and it really felt like a home away from home. We’d definitely stay again!”

“As a host Kayla was 10 out of 10. She was friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to any messages. The property itself was very clean and comfortable. It was everything as described. It was close to town and other attractions (such as wineries) in the area. The price we paid was exceptional. If we ever need a rental in this area again, this will definitely be our first choice.”

“Our family loved our stay at Pa’s house! First time pulling into the Pa’s house property we knew it would be a great stay. The location worked perfect for our hiking adventures, most places were only a 20 min drive away. Several wineries were right down the road. You’re outside of town but can make a quick grocery run if needed. The work done inside and out of this old farm home was wonderfully done. We stayed there with 2 adults and 3 kids and there was everything you need for a weekend trip of……
