"This hotel has it all - close to train and metro, shops and dining options are plentiful, everything is walkable. The front desk staff is the TOPS. We were always greeted with a smile, they helped with questions regarding the area, the trains, and dining. The hotel was clean. "This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Brussels. It was clean, staff was friendly and spoke English. The room itself was on the smaller side but that’s to be expected in Europe I think! It was a really great location and easy to walk everywhere. We walked from the train station with our suitcases too and it was easy! The area was pretty noisy though. Lots of construction and people out in the street late at night if that kind of thing bothers you! "
