「Over the last 40 years my wife and I have stayed in many hotels around the world. It would not be overstating it to say that our stay at the Mansion Merida Boutique Hotel was among the best we have stayed in. We were met on arrival by the owner, Raoul, who told us that the property, laid out around two courtyards, one containing a most welcome pool, used to be his grandfathers house. The rooms and the service were exceptional. A visit to Merida would not be complete without a night or two here.」

「The place is very well located close to all the touristic attractions, bus stops, any kind of stores and a market and most importantly to the city events. The staff is friendly but make sure you understand each other well if you ask for extra cleaning. The appartment has all the minimum necessary appliances. The only missing thing is the toilet seat :) Would be great to have it installed.」

「Leak on the 8th floor by my room and parents room in the hallway - looked at a few times and kept leaking . Carpet was left wet and smelled musty as soon as you open the room doors」

Lo unico malo que pondría seria el Internet que casi no llegaba a nuestra habitación y la señal de televisión tampoco servía. El resto estuvo bien Hay una estacion de café y agua 24/7 y una maquinita de snacks.」

「Our stay at Japoneza was nothing short of lovely. The whole energy was peaceful and very much a get-away type of stay. The air coniditioning was AMAZING, never got hot and that was essential when the heat/humidty was causing an allergic reaction for my husband. Also, the cold kept the critters away which is always comforting. The pool water was very nice however a little murky and not as clear/clean. The sauna/heated spa area was under maintence so we didnt get to use it. The staff was amazing,...

「The hotel was a wonderful experience! The property had great amenities, lovely pool and quiet terrace. The room was well furnished, very comfortable, clean and perfect for a good night of sleep. The breakfast was great, fresh and welcoming. And the staff were incredible! Their suggestions of the area helped craft a great experience for our stay, and were very helpful. Finally the laundry service was a great addition to buy us some holiday time back on our trip. 10/10 overall. 」
