The front office staff, Ivan, Hector and Jose were always available to assist with transportation and answer questions and give recommendations. Alberto and Alexander welcomed us for breakfast each morning with smiles and coffee and juice. From the front office to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff and groundskeepers, every person enables this hotel to run smoothly and……

“This hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to everything in Merida. The staff are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. The common areas are lovely, and how you would imagine an hacienda 100 years ago. Our room was very basic - wifi was slow and the phone would not fully charge overnight (with a message of slow charging.)”
