Nice Start for bringing in New Year!!

Happy New Year from such an amazing view on the 15th floor! The energy and vibe in the resort was lively. Very nice, clean room and sufficient space for our family of 4 plus our medium-sized dog. Walking distance to the beach and attractions, short driving distance to food spots and shops along with dog park on the premises are definitely bonuses.

Ok stay for price……

The unit was not very clean on our arrival and there were putty splatters on the floor from previous repairs. A few repair issues such as water leaking into the fridge, fridge door not closing correctly (repair man said to just close the door a certain forceful way), and bottom drawer of stove was falling apart. Very few supplies in the kitchen but we did not use the kitchen that much. The stay was not bad for the price but improvements could definitely be made.

The room was very clean and had all the amenities for a good stay. It has nice renovations. The beds are very comfortable. However, the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors on either side and above. If they are very noisy, your vacation and rest will not be the best.

Lovely picture, crazy place

Internet showed a peaceful look. Once there the family and I couldn’t wait to leave. No A/c in the elevator, bathroom was super small. The sink fixture was loose. No room phone, dead.

Clean, Convenient, Inexpensive with Great Beach and Pool Access

The property is a studio condo with a tiny kitchenette, just big enough for two people. It was ideal for a three night stay for a couple. It was close to everything. We needed to be near the school track for our son's track meet and it was less than a mile. The beach was easy access and the pools were nice. We enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony. The bed was firm and comfortable and the pillows were also good. Many restaurants were within walking distance. If you park in the garage bring your smaller car as turning radius can be challenging there. An unexpected surprise: a DJ played music at the pool both Friday and Saturday afternoons.
