I'm extremly disappointed with our recent stay at Compass Cove. Upon arrival, our room wasnt ready and it became clear that the property's size and amenities were significantly misrepresented in your VRBO listing. I've never been more mislead. The advertisement stated the condo comfortably slept seven guests, with accompanying photos that were highly misleading regarding the actual living space. Due to the cramped conditions, we were forced to incur the additional expense of renting a separate hotel room for my son, which was an unforeseen and unwelcome cost to our trip. Furthermore, we encountered several unacceptable issues during our stay. Pet Damage: While we appreciate a pet-friendly rental, the property exhibited extensive pet damage, including visibly chewed doors. This level of damage was not only aesthetically displeasing but also caused a safety concern when my two-year-old daughter became momentarily stuck in a room due to a damaged door requiring significant force to open. It was a very scary experience! My daughter was scared to close any doors after that. The overall cleanliness was subpar, with dusty and crooked artwork throughout the condo.The listing explicitly stated access to over 20 pools at the property. However, upon attempting to use these facilities, we were denied entry and informed that our building only had access to a limited number of on-site. I would NEVER EVER stay here again. I would warn anyone from staying here. I WANT A REFUND !!!!!!
