Great vacation

Property was very clean and close to the beach. It was a quiet area and very relaxing! Grandson enjoyed the indoor water park! We would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Family Trip

We had a great time! It was right on the beach, lots of things to do on the premises, pools and hot tubs! Slides! Good food on site as well. Highly recommend. We would come back!

Plenty of room for 6 adults a 6 year old a 2 1/2 and 1! Room was great 3 bedroom 2 bath and everything in room you need! 2 indoor water parks with plenty of things to do for all ages.

Great family vacation

This condo was perfect for our family, just the right size, loved that it was right next to the elevator. The indoor pools and slides was perfect especially when it was cool. I have no complaints at all and will definitely stay here again!!

Great vacation

We had a great time. This condo was the perfect place for my family and I to enjoy time together. Great pools and access to the beach. Also really close to broadway at the beach, the boardwalk and barefoot landing. All in all a great experience.

Family Fun

Location was great. 15 min. from airport & most attractions & restaurants. Master bedroom was large with king bed & the master bathroom was a good size. 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds & an adjoining door to 2nd bathroom. 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds. Shared the master bath with us. The condo is a decent size for a family with children. Not very good size if it was to accommodate 10 adults. Kitchen is small if you are a family that wants to prepare meals while on vacation. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo everyday & prepared dinner 3 nights. The table sets 6. The living room has a sofa and 2 chairs. Not a very large arear for all adults. The balcony has a nice sideview of the ocean. Nice to sit out on for coffee or drinks but not large enough for meals. The Dunes has a great beach area and waterpark. Which is why we pick this resort. We rented a cabana by the pool for 2 days because of the small children. It comes with 2 lounge chairs & large cooler with ice. You can bring your own drinks and food to the pool area. Next time I will rent one for the whole stay. The cost was $75 a day & well worth the money to have shade. Small gift shop on 2nd floor with necessities of you run out. Prices were very reasonable. The parking garage is across the street from the condo. We would rent this condo again.

Myrtle Beach Family weekend

You could use some minor cosmetic, touchups such as caulking around the tubs However the unit is clean with lots of room and the indoor waterpark is a treat for the kids and adults as they each have multiple hot tubs. Communication with the host was excellent. We would stay here again.

This is our second stay in Rufias condo..and although the place was not very clean...that isnt their fault. My wife and I did a quick sweep through the place and were satisfied with that. The wifi does not work at all whatsoever, but we knew that from the 1st time we stayed, so we just used hotspot and honestly never even turned on the tvs anyway. The prices on the restaurant have gone up but totally worth the price ! Food was fabulous! The utensils have dwindled down a little bit but we werent without what we could make work. We didnt leave to adventure out for 4-5 days bc the kids LIVED in the pools so that actually saved us time, frustration and money and everyone had such a good time.There def needs to be some maintenence on the room like some of the sink plugs have been broken off for a while so jewelry could easily fall down the drains so we were very careful about that but all the good far outweighs the bad so we will book again. We rated 4 stars last time and had so much fun, we bumped it up to 5 stars this time ! We are even looking for a house to buy in the surrounding areas !

Great Place on the Beach!

We love the Dunes property! This is our 3rd time coming back to this resort, and it’s a hit with our kids and family every year. This was our first time in this unit - it didn’t disappoint! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We had a couple of small issues come up during our stay, but the property manager was very responsive and was able to help us get everything fixed up quickly.

Nice Condo, great water choices

We stayed here for a week on a family vacation and it was great. The location is good and the water park choices for the kids were great to have on bad weather days. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful!

This was our first time at Myrtle Beach, which was also a hurricane week. The condo itself was spacious and clean however there were a couple issues (large piece of carpet pulled up in balcony, towel holder pulled out of wall, dishwasher didnt work at all). We contacted the property owners and they had someone their immediately to fix what needed, without any issue. They were a pleasure to rent from and we definitely would again in the future. If you are debating renting this condo, do urself a favor and do it! You won't be sorry.

Great time

Great place to stay, if you get bored it is your on fault. Alot of things to do there....Grandchildren had so much fun at the waterparks...loved the slides. The condo was plenty big for 12 people.

Great family vacation!

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to make meals. The water park was great for the kids. They were exhausted every single night! Location was great. It was a short drive to restaurants and other attractions. I would absolutely book this place again!

GREAT PROPERTY AND EXPERIENCE - COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!

This place is fantastic. Plenty of room and everything you need for a great vacation. My kids absolutely loved the water park and everything was exactly as described. Might become an annual trip for one week a year with my family. The location is perfect, the beach is prefect and the resort is fantastic. Also, the location and proximity to everything is amazing ! Was very nice. Restaurant was not good. Lazy river inside was very cloudy. Room was great for family. We had 4adults and 4 children (2yr, 3yr, 9yr and 12yr). The babies love the slides and lazy river. The older boys loved the waves at the beach. A fun trip.

Just okay

Check in process is long and stressful. Very packed. Barely any luggage carriers. Had to wait and grab a cart when we were lucky. Right when we got to room the 2 lights wouldn't work. Noticed a huge scratch on tv. Toilet seat grossly discolored. Noticed couple tiles in bathroom loose/broken. I did message about scratch on tv and the lights issue. Also an issue with fridge drawer being broken. A guy had to come out couple times to fix the issue with the lights. Then in the evening I noticed the tv in the rooms didn't really work well. The network wasn't working with them. One tv stand in bedroom was broken so very wobbly. A DVD player in living room didn't work at all, would not open. At this point whatever was wrong we would just deal with bc I'm not caring at this point in our vacation. Again noticed a leaking pipe under the sink. They had something underneath so they knew about it leaking. The jacuzzi tub did work perfectly. So my daughters really enjoyed that. We had issue with a cabana we rented with the tv not working; must be an entire resort issue. Our disabled father watches tv so that's why we got the cabana. So that was disappointing. We were sad that there was no mini golf on property. They were painting and doing other things so that wasn't available. The water parks were great no issue. Again leaving on check out day, issue finding a luggage cart... it was just okay. Definitely shouldn't be so much issues in the room so hopefully next person can have no issues
