It is nicely furnished, and updated with plank tile floors in living areas and bedrooms. The living area has a sliding glass door that opens to the balcony. This is an end unit and there are two side windows, one in the living area and one in the kitchen with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. The dining table has seating for six. The master bedroom has a king bed, and a sliding door that opens the balcony and view of the ocean. The master bath has a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 2 has 2 double beds, and the 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living area has a sleeper sofa with a queen bed. This unit has Zone AC/Heat. Bridgewater has an elevator and covered parking. Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Bridgewater Pools and beach accesses.
*Please note children in swim diapers are only allowed in the kiddie pool.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
