No elevator accessibility, so if you have mobility issues, too bad. Be prepared to pay at least 35 for a parking pass (also NOT disclosed when booking the property), The front office of the 'resort' had been closed for several months, so there was no way to contact anyone with any issues. You passed security at the gate and occasionally on grounds, so you might have a chance to talk to someone if you needed to. The property advertised the ability to sleep 8, but two of the beds were unusable (the description of the bedrooms were not accurate) and the pullout couch was no better than sleeping directly on the floor. The unit was much smaller than the description led you to believe. The locks for the door to go out onto the balcony did not work. There was ONE trash bag, TWO rolls of toilet paper and two dishwasher tablets available for the week, for 7 PEOPLE! Nothing was mentioned about needing to provide these items prior to arrival. The description also made it sound like there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was not. You had to go down to the public laundry area and pay to do laundry...4 to wash and dry a single load and the dryer did not fully dry clothes in a single cycle. When I reached out to the property manager, I was told 'There is a Walmart across the road.' and 'There are laundry services down the hall.' VERY disappointed in the accommodations overall and definitely will NOT stay at ANY property maintained/owned by her again,
