The pros: - the unit has 2 free parking spots with the unit (the parking passes were missing though) - it's close to the beach (right through the back) - lazy river - 3 small pool options - small washer and dryer unit - balcony Cons: - the unit is a bit dated/old - it's connected the Beach Colony Resort - the parking lot and units themselves were very dark, didn't feel safe walking through it alone. - Musky smell in the unit - Dim lighting - Small bathrooms - old stove - the two double beds were not comfortable and old. They sunk into the middle. - small and old bathrooms. The sink area was so small that we couldn't even put our toilettes in the bathroom because of the lack of space.
