Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Not a good place.

The place was not clean found soap bar on the kitchen floor place was not vacuumed dust all over the door to the ac room contacted the rental people but took days or hours to get back only text no person called one bedroom was lock took 4 hours to get answer when someone would come unlock almo missed plans we had we had to get a way to unlock it just bad experience also didn't say what unit had to fiout from 4 by the wifi and they never did anything for us wich made it worse
